Our Story
Founded by Latasha “WOP” Williams, LDT University is the evolution of Women of Purpose (WOP), which began in 2012. In 2019, WOP merged with LDT Classes to form a powerhouse institution dedicated to teaching women how to thrive in the vacation rental industry through BNB Arbitrage.
Our mission? To show women how to LEAD and create generational wealth.

Who is Our Instructor - Latasha WOP Williams
Latasha WOP Williams is easiest described as a Woman Of Purpose. To her clients, colleagues and audiences, it is known that when Latasha "WOP" as many call her; steps in the room or on a call purpose has shown up!
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Latasha stepped onto the Entrepreneur stage in 2012 with a plan to only have a side hustle; in 2016 she left Corporate America completely and started EandL Enterprises (now EandL Global Enterprises)
She is now making a world impact in the entrepreneurial world as well as many faith based platforms. Perhaps Latasha can be best described as a marketplace minister. Her self composed stages and various business opportunities help others to become better and that is indeed ministry!
Latasha currently resides in Orlando, FL, but as a coach, speaker, property investor, author, and Global Entrepreneur she is a woman on the go - and avails herself to events across the world such as; conferences, retreats and workshops in both corporate and faith-based arenas.
As a woman of purpose, she has a strong desire to speak to the hearts and minds of other women and pull them into their greatness.
As a speaker and coach Latasha saturates her audience with purpose, power and passion with a renewed zeal for life. Unashamed of her own story, she uses it to propel others forward.
Her personal coaching clients are exposed to the same measure of transparency and purpose filled wisdom.
You'll often hear her say - "You create the life you desire" and " I'll see you at the top because the bottom is too crowded." As Latasha believes NOTHING and NO-ONE can stop you except God and you inability to execute.
Latasha loves helping women shift their lives from being pitiful to walking in Purpose.
