About LdtUniversity
Lease Option 1 – Standard 3-Month Lease
- Rate: $3,400/month
- Total for 3 Months: $10,200
- Management Fee: 20% of gross bookings
- Includes all utilities & full access to amenities
Lease Option 2 – Fall Special (Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2025)
- Discounted Rent: 10% off → $3,060/month
- Total for 3 Months: $9,180 (saves $1,020)
- Management Fee: 10% of gross bookings (half the standard rate)
- Payment Terms:
- Two-Part Plan: $4,590 due at signing (must sign by Sept 5th), $4,590 due Oct 1st
- OR Paid in Full by Sept 5th: Additional 5% off → $8,721 total
